Lockton recognised for client service in independent Insurance survey

In a recent survey conducted by JD Power & Associates, Lockton was ranked the best broker for client service, 40 points ahead of Arthur J Gallacher, and nearly 50 points clear of the third-ranked broker, Aon. 

In the field of commercial insurance, the survey found that quality of advice was the most important factor in determining client satisfaction.  Lockton was commended for its detailed market knowledge and expertise - and the quality of our client relationships.  This is backed up by our sector-leading client retention rates.  We have recently retained our appointment for the Law Society of Singapore Master Policy, and achieved a 97% client retention rate for our Solicitor clients in England & Wales in 2016.

Greg Hoeg, a Vice President in JD Power's USA isurance practice, (as quoted in Business Insurance magazine) suggested that, as a smaller company, Lockton could be more nimble, and responsive to client needs.
