We are delighted to have had the opportunity, in collaboration with the Law Society CPD team and RSA, the Master Policy insurer, to be involved in the design of four interactive risk management online training modules.

These modules have been created to support the requirement for all practising solicitors to complete one hour of mandatory risk management CPD and are provided free of charge via the Law Society website.

The modules are aimed, for the most part, at areas where we see Master Policy claims arising. Each module is designed to help practitioners to identify, manage and avoid risk, on behalf of themselves and their firms.

• Letters of Engagement
• Risk Management and Business Continuity
