For many solicitors, hybrid-working and remote working is now the norm, not the exception. However, not all solicitors have embraced remote working in the same way, meaning that there is a real mix of working practices across the legal profession.
What does this mean for risk management for law firms? Where might remote or hybrid working practices lead to increased risks for solicitors and potential Master Policy claims? What steps can law firms take to mitigate against these risks?
