Introducing MyLockton - our secure client portal
We are just putting the finishing touches to the new client portal for our Scottish Solicitor clients.
Our website and client portal are intended to complement our personal service. Every firm, regardless of size, has a dedicated account handler from our Master Policy team - to provide you with continuity and a more personal service. But increasingly people also want to be able to find the information they want, as and when they want it - online.
What Your MyLockton portal offers you
Our MyLockton online portal will give you online anytime secure access to:
- access your Master Policy and other insurance details
- provide us with any mid-term updates to your practice
- notify a claim
- access additional CPD and risk and compliance resources
Online Proposal form
Later in the year, you will also be able to access our streamlined online proposal form via the MyLockton portal. Our online form proposal form has been proven to reduce errors in submission, which in turns means fewer returned forms and a faster renewal process.
Our online form will provide you with year on year benefits in terms of a quicker and simpler renewal process, and, from 2018, will facilitate access to benchmarking and better MI for you.
What happens now?
We will email the allocated Master Policy contact in each firm as soon as your policy details have been uploaded onto our platform and a username and password generated for you. This will take a little time, as we complete the transition of policy documentation from Marsh.
